CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) is a certification system developed under the United States Postal Service to ensure the validity of all addresses in a mailing. It also standardizes addresses, assigns 'plus 4' digits to the Zip Code, and assigns Carrier Routes, Line of Travel codes, and delivery point codes. CASS certification of your mailing list is periodically required in order to receive automation (barcoded) discount postage rates. Small or infrequent mailers may find it more cost-effective to 'out-source' the CASS Certification of their mailing list(s) than to acquire the software and perform the service in-house.

If you are a small or infrequent mailer you may still take advantage of Postal Automation Mailing and postage discounts even if you cannot justify the cost of CASS Certification software. Send us your mailing list file as an email attachment and we will CASS certify it for you! We will email the file back to you and send the CASS Certificate and a list of non-qualifying records to you via regular mail. We can handle most list file formats.
