LaserTag

Software Support includes email and phone assistance as needed and quarterly software and required Postal data file updates. An annual subscription includes the quarter of initial software purchase and four full subsequent quarters. It is renewable annually. Users are encouraged to make suggestions for how the software could be improved to better meet their needs.

Software Support is available from both Melissa Data (1-800-800-6245) and from Glick Associates, Inc. Bimonthly software and Postal data file updates are shipped via CD.

PostMin

Due to the changes introduced in the May, 2007 USPS rate case, PostMin is no longer supported.
